Do my tenants need to install anything?
No. They get an SMS with a private link. It opens in any phone browser and shows their balance, receipts and agreement.
What if a tenant pays in parts?
Record each part. Rento shows the balance still owing and marks the month paid only when it is fully covered.
What happens when my block runs out?
You get an SMS at 7 days and 1 day. After a week of grace the account becomes read-only until you top up. Nothing is ever deleted.
Can my caretaker use it?
Yes. Add them under Team, pick their property, and they record cash and add tenants there only.
Is my data separate from other landlords?
Yes. Every record is tied to your account and the system filters by it on every request.
Which phones does it work on?
Any phone with a browser. It is designed for the phone first and works on a laptop too.
